Center for Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to Industry – AIMI
VISION
Assist researchers in the development of AI/ML applications aimed at capitalizing on market opportunities and addressing societal challenges. AIMI collaborates with researchers across Penn State’s 12 colleges and 24 campuses to translate AI innovations into practical industry solutions
The Advisory Council comprises members selected to represent the diverse perspectives of our user base. Their role is to guide the center’s scientific research in artificial intelligence and machine learning, particularly in collaboration with industry partners at Penn State. The council will review AIMI’s strategic priorities, and ongoing projects, and offer advice on future directions and areas of focus.
AIMI Fellows will utilize the funding to cultivate partnerships with industry and research collaborators, thereby enhancing funding prospects for broader impacts and the translational applications of AI.
AIMI Partners encompass collaborative groups within Penn State University, along with non-profit organizations and industries, uniting with AIMI to conduct translational research in AI/ML and facilitate workforce development.
